4 hour car ride

hey guys so i’m leaving boston today and headed back home. i’m petrified about the car ride. i was fine on the way here until we got into the city and i started to lose it. and it’s so hot out today (i have AC in my car but still). my doctor gave me zofran and hydroxzyine for the drive. i’m starting to get a lil stomach ache but it’s because i’m anxious i think. any advice for me?
