New attending. 1099. Creating LLC vs PLLC?

I am a new attending. Will be working 1099 at different sites within the same group. I am required to form LLC. Unsure if i should create LLC vs P-LLC.

Has anyone encountered any pros/cons with creating LLC vs PLLC(professional LLC)?
