Looking for a PT near Augusta, GA

Hi all, I'm stuck here. This post was taken down in the other sub... I'm not quite sure what is allowed there at this point.

Anyway, I've been looking for a physical therapist or doctor near Augusta, GA that is at least aware of hypermobility? I checked using the EDS practitioner directory, and found that 85% of EDS practitioners in GA are in Atlanta, and 15% are in Savannah, GA. These are both too far away from me for physical therapy appointments. Southern SC is not out of the question since I'm on the border. Any ideas? Thank you guys!
