£380 item stolen by evri employee

Just to confirm I did a search for evri and stolen in this sub first before posting this.

Buyer has raised a return, parcel was delivered partially opened with a fake box placed inside, original contents missing.

Delivery photo clearly shows tampering, tape missing, original label covered up. Tracking is sketchy taking 11 days to get from London to Chester.

I have raised an incident with Evri and Packlink. Learnt my lesson not to use Evri for valuable items again.

Gonna wait for the return to lapse coz they have nothing to return and let ebay decide with all evidence.

Anyone had this happen and what was the outcome?
