Shipping from UAE to UK

I left a pair of eyeglasses in Dubai and would like to have them shipped to the UK. The total cost of them is around 1000 AED and they are still new, so making it difficult to simply forget about them.

Do you have any advice on how to have them delivered? Also, would I need to pay any customs duties?
