[DAV ACT 3 SPOILERS] [DAV ALL SPOILERS] Lore questions after finishing the game

Maybe I'm being dense but I don't know if the below are plot holes or I just missed them after the game. Full spoilers below obvs:

• Who imprisoned the Old Gods?
• If the blight is the severed dreams of the titans, why did people hearing the calling make them seek the Old Gods out?
• How did the dagger turn into the idol?
• More than anything I'm confused why Solas is so vehemently against killing the Old Gods in Inquisition if they anchor the Evanuris to life. Plus it seems like the other gods are now dead after the blights.
• Davrin not dying after killing Razikale

I don't know if any of these have answers or if someone can explain?
