[Help] is this a red flag?

The lady I'm getting a 8 week old French Bulldog puppy from sent me an update on the vet visit they went to this morning. (The lady was reccomend to my by my co-worker who got their puppy from them and is now like 4 yo.) The email said that, "her baby k-nine  lower teeth do press into the upper gums just slightly so when her adult teeth come in you will want to watch them to make sure they don't need to be pulled." Would you consider this to be a bad thing, will this cause the puppy dental issues later in life? Besides needing to get them pulled. Also, she's says the puppy is 2.9 pounds, would that be considered an unhealthy weight?
