Do I have a disability?

It doesn't hurt or affect me badly, but my right elbow is unable to fully straighten. I think the bone is fractured and I remember getting it checked when I was a kid and the doctor said I need surgery to fix it. But since I didn't feel any pain, I didn't follow through. And I have no idea what this condition is called, let alone if it's a disability.

I don't know if this would be considered a physical disability since it doesn't impair my daily performance. The only disadvantage that I realized is that my right arm is weaker as a result. People don't even seem to notice either and I don't want to mislabel something I don't have.
