Vessel Of Hatred battle.net discount

Hey d4 gamers.

Does anyone know if blizzard have a tendency to put some discount on their expansions/dlcs? Im thinking about buying vessel of hatred, but also would'nt mind waiting some time if the game will be on discount soon.
