How do you guys deal with this unemployment phase?

It's been 4 months since I'm unemployed. I'm from non-tech btw (although upskilling to transition myself into tech). it's so tough, everyday feels like someone or something is choking me down. In these past 4 months I've given countless (or atleast it felt countless) interviews... maybe 20-30, from small companies to companies like Deloitte, Goldman etc, but couldn't crack any interview.

Due to this, what I have been learning (Adv. excel/ SQL/ Python) is also getting affected, I m legit feeling like I'm going depressed. I just feel very emotionless

How do you guys deal with all this?
