What stack would you use to bootstrap a simple, fast but a low traffic website for a startup ?

With a vast array of technologies available. What would you use to create a working website within days? At the starting stage there is a really low traffic to any website and its just dumb to spend months just coding a website from Scratch. So how would you build a website ?

What backend as a service would you use? Do you use FireBase? Is there a more battery included ready to use backend that is fast and can handle low traffic fast?

How would you design and develop a frontend?

Honestly, I really wanted to know low effort great output options since the oversaturation of developer tools I'm pretty sure there are many gems out there and if the product turns out to be a success we can decentralize it at later stages
