Please help me with my plan!! Ended up disabled last year and don’t have experience being in debt.

Hello

First let me list my debts

$~2400 in taxes owed from 2023 $2200 medical debt $3500 credit cards $2500 dentist

Here are my monthly expenses: $800 rent and utilities $80 health insurance $30 dental insurance $150 phone bill (financed phone with AT&T before I got sick.. I’m actually not sure why the hell its $100 for an unlimited phone line with them I need to look further into this) $200 groceries $200ish gas $50-100 toiletries $300/month dental payments for the next 6-7 months because the dentist quoted me wrong before performing necessary work (grinded my teeth to shit last year because of being disabled and ended up homeless for a bit)

This month I’ve spent $500 fixing up my car so far.. new tires, new brakes and now I need a new belt and wheel bearings, suspension, axle leak repair, and god only knows what else. It’s a 2013 Altima 🤦🏼‍♀️ I want to replace it but I have no idea how TF to afford that so I keep sinking money into it so I can drive to my job that’s 45 mins away in traffic

This month I have made so far $1500 as I’m part time because I’m a full time student and I also have up to 4 Dr appointments a week (I’m still disabled but now more able to work with accommodations)

All of that money has been used… next week is profit to put towards my CC’s so I’ll be paying off the $1k card I have at the end of the month

I receive around $4000 in FAFSA refunds (allegedly) on Feb 6th

I expect my car to be jacked up and un-drivable by the end of next month if I don’t sink more into repairs ASAP

So essentially I feel like I’m in the clear, but not if my car plummets…

Here is my plan:

-Use my check next Friday for rent and dentist payment

-Do grocery delivery for four days next week to pay for health insurance and dental and put some money towards credit cards

-Call tax preparer, give him all of my W2’s for 2023. I couldn’t even afford to pay to file last year because I was an independent contractor in 2023 and everywhere seemed to want like $200 to file and when I ended up homeless I lost all of my documents so I now have to reach out to retrieve my documents again

-Pray that medical debt bill passes and no longer affects my credit, set up payment plans with debt collectors

-Pray my car keeps working for another month or two so I can pay off my credit cards

-Use FAFSA and next few months of income to put toward a new car (I know this is bad but I really don’t know what to do)

I don’t really see how I can achieve more income with my school and Dr appointment schedule, I already work 2-4 days a week serving and bartending making $20-40 an hour and I make about $18-25 an hour doing grocery delivery

I can’t get food stamps until I change my home address and I can’t change my home address until I can afford to put a bill in my name here (internet which would require deposit with my credit) because my credit was too bad to be on the lease so I’m actually not supposed to even be here

Does my plan seem OK? Am I doing this right? I feel so screwed. I last paid my $2500 line of credit off in November and I last paid my $1000 line of credit off last month. I have a 550 credit score because of the medical debt and my credit cards.. 100% on time payments however. I only made 13k last year. I made about 70k in 2023.

FYI I am a 25 year old and I live in a high COL area. I don’t think bankruptcy is something I want to do.. I’m pretty confident as a bartender with tons of experience that I can find my way out of this. I just need to know if I am doing this right, I don’t have experience with debt because I’ve never made less than 60k a year until last year when I became disabled and couldn’t work. I know I should have savings but I was young and dumb.
