Why would some consider my build/perks 0 skill?

I’m a killer main, always was always will be. My main build basically is Lightborn, iron grasp, agitation and lethal or franklins. Which is (and I get it) probably frustrating for some survivors, but why is it considered skill-less? I really despise being blinded and boil over in general so I use that build to negate all effects. Is it a pure skill issue or something else?
