Why are some Czech people so stubborn?

I’m watching honest guide and I’m just stumped. Businesses completely ripping off customers and then when they get busted they bribe people for reviews after there fake bought reviews were taken from google.

I’ve experienced this myself walking into a pet shop and a box of cat food costs 350czk… something that is usually like 200czk but I give it a go.. lady beeps the product and 400czk pops up, she’s looking at me like I’m the stupid one so I politely tell her it’s ok I will buy it somewhere else.

Like why not just run an honest business? We have a business and we don’t do any of this crap and we are doing just fine so I don’t get it

Are Czech people not sick of getting ripped off on the most ridiculous things?

There’s a local kindergarten here and the principal got cought taking teachers salaries and paying them half! WTF if this is happening in kindergartens where else is it happening?

I know so many foreigners working at tech companies making 60-100k/month yet Czech businesses are stuck on these salaries advertising 45k like it’s something amazing

I don’t know I’m really not an expert in economics so please forgive me if I sound arrogant. Feel free to downvote this, I just think Czech people deserve better.
