Best Tacos in town/county request

Hello,

I have a work colleague over from the states and today's their birthday. They're missing home (more it's cuisine) I think, so I was hoping to get some recommendations for nice places in the city/county that serve up tacos to make him.

I've been to Tequila Jacks a while back and didn't rate it myself so any advice would be welcome! Thanks in advance 🙂
