Kicking myself for staying at 5
I’m on my 7th week and I am down 10lb total, which is decent. I’m eating so much less on 5mg so I figured I’d stay at this dosage, but I haven’t lost anything in 3 weeks and I’m a little frustrated. Still haven’t gone down a pant size. I know there’s peaks and valleys, but now I wish I had moved up to 7.5. Grr ! I’m 5’6” 179 SW, 169 CW for reference. I only want to get down to about 135 at the lowest. I guess slower is better, right? I’m eating lots of protein, staying hydrated and I walk 3.5-4 miles a day (most days)
