Question about 1942 non silver nickle.

I always knew that 42-45 nickles are 35% silver, but i just learned that some 1942 nickles are not silver, which I have 2 copies of, I then watched a video that said a 1942 silver with no mint mark is worth a lot, is the top one that or no?
