SONY PWM-F55 or F5?

I don't have too much of a budget and tryna get a decent, high cost performance professional movie camera. And I don't want a DSLR or Sony handycam kinda stuff, that doesn't make any sense.

I need 4k footage and probably slow motion, if it's available, because it's 2024 now. And I need nice color, high contrast performance and grading; built-in ND; professional lenses mount, PL is best, but EF, E or else is acceptable; full-frame or S35 size CMOS censor, M43 is too small I have to say; XLR audio inputs; professional compressed video outputs etc

So I think F55 might be a nice choice for me? I saw people say F5 is basically the downgrade version of F55, and it's a little bit cheaper.

Or any other suggestions?
