No input detected

So this is my first ever pc build. I finished it, got it to post and it was all good.

Decided to reroute my 24 pin connector from the side panel to the inside of the case, plugged it back in and now my hdmi 1 is saying no signal. Not sure what to do next...

I've check my cables, made sure the gpu was seated correctly. Everything boots up as expected but I cant seem to get the monitor to display.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Moving everything to the TV in my living room worked. This is definitely an issue with the monitor
