Why is my wifi so different from my phone?

On any pc I have ever built my wifi has never been as good and consistent as my phone or a console/laptop. Right now I have the msi b760 gaming wifi motherboard if that matters. I have tried resolving this issue forever by downloading other drivers, software, tweaking with the antennas. Nothing works and I am so tired or having worse download/upload speed and ping and I was wondering if anyone else has this issue and if they found a fix. Ethernet is not an option.
