Put in New GPU But No Display
My build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qXX4dH
Just bought a PowerColor Fighter RX 6750 XT to replace a very basic GeForce GT 710 because I wanted to get into gaming. I used DDU uninstaller to remove all NVIDIA drivers in Safe Mode and shutdown my computer before replacing my card. However, after putting in my new card, I'm not getting a display even though my computer turns on.
Here are the things I've tried:
- I've tried using 2 separate PCI-E cables to power the GPU instead of daisy chaining.
- Reseated my RAM
- Used my mobo's HDMI port, which did not display anything
- Inserted my old GPU, which also did not display anything
- Tried a new HDMI cable I had lying around
- Bent my case up to ensure HDMI cable was able fully insert into port and that the GPU was able to fully sit in the slot
- Put a screwdriver on the CLR_CMO reset pins
- Prayed to all the gods
Nothing's worked. Pretty lost as to what to do now. I don't think it's the GPU since the old one doesn't seem to work either now. I'm thinking I messed up with DDU uninstall, but since I can't access my PC, not sure how I would fix this.
Please help!
