Handguard

Some might be a little biased but looking for handguard recommendations...

I have a mostly SOLGW build that I'm redoing a bit and debating going RCD RHF or MCMR rail. Pros or cons of one over the other? Both are about the same price point which are also the same price point as the SOLGW EXO3 rail but may be better rails from my understanding.
