I hope Jakobs somehow gets SMGs and Rocket Launchers in BL4

Oversized Bullet, 100% Penetration, does 100% more damage per New Enemy hit, 100% Splash Damage, Spawns 5 Bullets on hit to home in, 1 clip size.

The bullet is a Cannon Ball so it drops more than a Rocket.

Sadly, SMGs go against their motto.
