Where are you meeting men to date outside of dating apps?

I’m 29F and ready to put myself back on the dating scene, not having much luck with the dating apps so considering to venture out there in the real world.

Anyone have any advice where you make your significant other and good places to check out to meet guys?

Also, anyone have experience of seeing a good looking person in person in public and been able to approach them or get their retention and what are your top tips? I feel like I see some attractive people in public but can never muster up the courage to say to get their attention or start conversation?
