Yaz breakthrough bleeding, do I wait it out?

I’m on the last week of my second month of oral contraception. it’s a generic that I believe is most similar to Yaz. I’ had breakthrough bleeding beginning halfway through the third week of pills. Now I’m on the inert tablets. I’m prescribed estrogen to take on those days because it’s supposed to help ensure i don’t experience a severe mood drop. But I’ve been bleeding since then, a total of 10 days. Do I go back to my doctor or ride this out?
