How do I buy Isaac on PS5?

I'm super confused because there's repentance for 60 bucks on the store, but then I see repentance for 20 bucks and the rebirth dlc, but afterbirth+ and afterbirth are off sale.

I want to own all the dlcs so I can play repentance, but what do I buy lol
