How to repair/replace

So I managed to break the tip on my 5 month old break cue. I feel pretty confident that I can replace the tip but it looks like the phonoloc furrel is also damaged slightly anybody know the best way to fix this or is this definitely something that a professional should take a look at. The cue is the McDermott Mach 1 vanquish break cue.
