Were these already in store?

I’ve been to two stores looking for this soap dispenser. Neither had them out. One said if I didn’t see them on the floor they were already sold out and the other said they weren’t allowed to sell Valentine’s Day things yet. Has anybody seen them? Or did I miss them in store? They are sold out online. 😞 thanks!
