Should I confront my school about this?

So, I'm noticing a pattern with most of my teachers where if I exhibit any autistic behaviors (stimming, meltdowns, etc), they'll treat me like a neurotypical person just being intentionally disruptive. The only teachers that understand are ones that I've explicitly told. Furthermore, I emailed one of the teachers that I have these problems with, asking if I have any sort of official record on the school system that outlines any mental disorders I might have. She didn't have a clue what I was on about. For five years I thought that my primary school had informed my current high school about my condition. I'm beginning to think this isn't the case. I went through several years of psychologist meetings because I felt suicidal, got diagnosed with ASD and it seems now like it was for naught.
