Help a newbie with this Jules Audemars?

Hi all! I’m quite new to watches in general but loving the journey. I’m in a position to get this AP Jules Audemars.

I’m going to view it next week, and I’m trying to do a little research on the piece. The most I have found is that it’s generally a “budget” AP and the movement is by Jaeger le Coultre instead of in house. I’ve also found some complaints about the finish (not of this particular piece, but the model itself).

Does anyone have any other info on this piece? Anything worth knowing before viewing?

For reference, it’s a ~2019 and still has over 1 year manufacturer warranty, and both box and papers.
