In need of a good facial hair removal laser advice.

I'm a cis woman that suffers from POS . When I was a teenager did only one session of IPL on my chin/neck and arms. At that moment I didn't know much about POS, and supposedly using a razor was a very bad idea.

Been shaving my face everyday for the last 10 years, and I'm reaching a point where I hate myself. The shadow on the chin is getting more obvious and dark, and I don't know how to deal with it.

I've tried birth control pills without any difference, tweezing may take a full day, and I have sensitive skin so wax is out of question.

Has any of you got a successful story with permanent hair removal ?
