Gave address when I probably shouldn’t have. Advice?

A guy approached on Grindr, we chatted, agreed to hookup.

Sent address, asked for ETA, no response for ~1 min (HEAR ME OUT!)

Used the Favorite tab trick to check distance (other party didn’t have the feature activated), and realized the guy was about 30-50 miles away.

Felt it was a scammer, chickened out, blocked.

So dear r/askgaybros, was I the a-hole there? If it was a scammer, what have I just got myself into by leaking address?
