Healthy evening snacks for study hall.

Nenu24M 10am to 11pm study hall lo ne unta. I take my lunch with me and 11 ki intiki vachi dinner chestha. 6pm tharvatha I feel very hungry and eat the junk on the street like punugulu, chinese, dosa. I go to gym but ee bayata food thinadam valna I am hardly loosing weight and gut health kuda getting screwed.

Please suggest something I could carry with me in the morning and eat it in the evening. Something that is reasonable healthy and tasty. My mom said she will cook it along with lunch but em cheppalo ardham kaatle. Thanks
