Should I bring a date to the ball?

Well folks this is my first ball. Never been to any prom or anything like this before so go easy on me. I didn’t want to at first but the guys convinced me even if you don’t have someone you should/can go and especially if you’ve never been to one just to get the experience. But I don’t wanna show up alone. The girl in the barracks I was interested in got engaged so there’s that. And I don’t really wanna bring a barracks girl, I’ve heard the stories.

I don’t know whether to say fuck it and go on tinder just to get a girl to go with me or just go solo like normal. I really want this to be a memorable experience with pictures I’ll hang on my wall.

I’ll take a 4 piece supreme dinner with fries and an ice tea and add honey mustard.
