Holes and zits in print.

I've been having an ongoing issue with random zits and holes starting to appear in my prints. I'm getting quite frustrated, since I've eliminated the possibility of it being a moist fillament, yet I can audibly hear random popping noises during the print. I am using Polyterra PLA + at around 210°, around 70mm/s speeds, but nothing I am doing seems to help. This is a Kobra 2 Pro with a history of hotend issues, but has been working well for the last 3 weeks or so, exluding this new issue. Ive tried lowering the print temperature and speed incase of it causing the blobbing you can see on both the support seams and the rear seams of the print, but if anything, it causes more holes. Does anyone have any guesses on what could be the issue? Is this some weird case of underextrusion and underextrusion? It's not moisture (sunlu s2 on continuous at 55° with a rh of 25% with a an enclosed bowden tube feeding into the printer directly) , and I highly doubt it's zoffset related. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
