Could you guys help me find a show

So when I was young I remember I saw an anime that was adult and it has stuck with me ever since. The only scene I remember was a female child giving candy to someone on the street and another guy begs her for another, and then more come. It would be on an adult swim like channel from the 2000 to 2010 ish.
