how do i name ts

what's up guys, so i'm fairly new to this subreddit, but not that new to kanye and his unreleased discography. so right now i'm making a big ass google drive, with all of his unreleased stuff, not just him but other artists too. don't worry i'll share with you guys. but it's gonna be really organized too. so for the actual collection of the mp3's for the more niche ones i've been going on youtube and downloading them from there, but i was just wondering, once i get the mp3's, how do i change the name and the artists name and the album cover for it. can anyone help me?
