A prison for War Criminals

I made this international prison with the intention of arresting kings or other government leaders who changed sides at the end of a war or who lost a war but survived. Depending on the number of victims that their wars caused or that they caused by their own hands, the sentence is death.

Fort Wolff is a prison with sentries constantly on guard at their posts, making the prison a maximum security establishment, making the prisoner's escape very difficult.

Fort Wolff is the military property of the Grauer Empire, currently the most militaristic country on the continent.

There is another prison under construction for national war criminals, which is marked with a white circle.

I welcome ideas for this future prison and also suggestions for a name.
