New player here, how to exit tournaments?

Not that new, but new in tournaments. Saw 1 mil credits and i needed it to buy a tank i didnt have enough credits for so i though it would be quick. Went in, tried to find a team for an hour, wasting some time in the tournaments, and then i couldent join. The game says that a match is in progress, but the apparent match just doesnt end. A guy from the team showed as if he left the match, but the 2 other guys are still there. Plus, i cant even leave since i dont know how to, theres literal shit on google and i dont wanna make a discord account just for this. Why leave the tournament? Doesnt let me play the game normally if im in a team.
