Cross save between ps5 and PC?

Hey guys, I‘ve started a run on PC and I have the complete edition with B&W and HoS, on PS5 I don’t have HoS. Can I still play with a cross save and if so, how exactly would that work? I didn’t start any quests from HoS yet.
