Advice for first time losing weight?

I am 30M 170cm 74KG

I honestly through life always went down and hp in weight by itself without even trying. This is my highest so far and i wish to lose 3-4 kg only.

I already came down from 75 to 74.

I bought meal replacement shakes and started drinking. Honestly it doesnt keep me full too much but i have also stopped eating chocolates, sweets..

Drinking the shakes though does give me my dose of chocolate/sweetness. And at night thats perfect, otherwise i snack everything possible.

Am also eating bit less of course. Bread has been fully cut out.

Any ideas how to keep fuller with the shakes?? Would protein help?

I dont exercise other than walking
