Resisting unhealthy shit
Everyday I do the same shit. Ill eat my 170g of protein and ill stay below 1500 calories and by the end of the day im feeling great then all of a sudden ill binge and all my hard work throughout the day is gone. I feel like i just wasted my time even going to the gym and its not that its demotivating, my lifts have definetly gone up, but im not losing fat.
Tldr: how do u distract from shit food , asking as a binge eater 😞
