How to get started?

I’ve been unhappy with my weight for a long time, but never really tried to do anything about it. I’m still technically a healthy weight but I’m teetering on being overweight and I hate my body. Also, I feel like I’m super out of shape and I can barely do anything physical without feeling sick (I have POTS which doesn’t help).

I am a 5’2 female weighing in at around 130lbs. The last time I was comfortable in my body I was around 115lbs and the last time I was really confident I was right around 105.

I have trouble getting motivated to exercise and a bad habit of comfort eating or eating out of boredom. I only seem to be gaining weight, not losing any (which makes sense because of my habits).

I want to get back to feeling confident and good in my body. Any tips for workouts, motivation, kicking bad eating habits, etc.?
