Why does warzone 2.0 feel bad?

What I mean is the health of the player and damage of the guns felt perfectly balanced. the maps were amazing, the limited time game modes were ok and I loved resurgence. Old resurgence felt perfect (before vanguard). But new warzone just doesn't feel good. Especially the resurgence. Bad map layout, too many people, and the armor and health are too low or the guns do too much damage.
