Sets with the most miniatures for painting under 100$?

I was wondering what products or what combination of products have the most miniatures for under 100$ - mainly for painting since I don't really have anyone to play the game with, any faction's fine, except orcs. For example, "necron warriors" has 13 miniatures for about 40-50$.
