cant remember vtuber, i can picture the face but the name escapes me

Hi, i cant remember the name of this vtuber and it is driving me insane.

It is a female vtuber her model is tan with blond/white hair with stripes of color, i believe it was purple, green and another color.

i think she had a gyaru kind of look, she definitely has an accent

i believe she had a tank top, i thought it was fefe or kokonuts but it was not.
