Is there VA agency that is good for newbies?

Meron ba sa inyo naka pag apply sa Agency that is good for newbies like me? Though I do have work experience pero it's more or so freelance. Would love to upskill. Gusto ko muna ma experience to be in training under an agency then mag work for a year sa kanila then I'll decide to look for a direct client.
