Shorts caption style

Hey guys, I've been trying to replicate this style (examples below) but I just can't find the software/app they used to make it. At first, I thought it was descript but after messing around with it I came to the conclusion that you can't replicate this style exactly with it. Do you have any idea what could've they used? It would be much appreciated!
