Camera App with Pause/Delete Video Recording

Whether for PC or mobile, anyone know of any camera apps that record video with pause/delete multiclip functionality during recording?

Similar to how TikTok and CapCut do it (although not those as my Shure mic has compatibility issues with them) or how Vine used to do it, letting you pause recording and delete the most recent clip you took, outputting it all into 1 video file?

Been searching for days and haven’t been able to find anything. Windows Camera default app has pause but no delete.
