Rating for eczema

I didn't give much attention about my skin when I was in service cause I thought it's normal to have dry flaky skin being out of the sun and burning pits pretty much most of time as an artillery man. I didn't know you can claim eczema till now. My question now is how can I prove this as a service connected condition?
